*Need Production Support Managers (Please Send Me Your Qualified update Resume To [email protected] ASAP) ** Job Title: Production Support Managers Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 6 months Contract* * In Scope Activities* Coordinate the planning for production deployments Coordinate the releases to production for the ODS, BAM, related ETLs and Business Objects Reports after approval from Solution Architect and the CCB Escalate production deployment issues and risks with recommendations to EM or his designate (Solution Architect) Receive and monitor production support team calls Facilitate the production of the daily defect status report Facilitate the definition of the production run book which includes documentation of production jobs, sequence, run time and owners and review with EM and the production support designate for approval Facilitate the implementation of the following processes and standards as per documentation and training provided by : IT Support process, policies, and procedures Incident, Problem, and Error Management processes, policies, and procedures Escalation and resolution processes, policies, and procedures Facilitate handoff to full-time Production Support Lead when identified
