Please find below position, let me know if you have any suitable consultant for this position ASAP Prod Supportion Consultant (3) Location: Pleasanton, CA Length: 6-12 months Start: ASAP Interview: phone Rate: 55/HR all inclusive Job Function (this is just context for our interviewer): · Support case usually come from the Buyer side (Disburser). · Support case can be opened from email / phone / directly through the portal · Cases will be queued up in SalesForce · Prod Support is responsible for picking up the open case and directly interface with the client (Phone / Email) · Most of the client are functional analyst and occasionally technical analyst · Functional triaging – Prod Support need to be able to hands-on triaging functional issues · Need to be able to triage stuck request in Weblogic workflow console · Need DB/SQL skill to research data issue, and come up with SQL script for data fixes (actual execution of scripts is on DBA) · Need to be able to understand application log · If issue is confirmed to be code related, Prod Support will open Peregrine ticket and assign to Engineering to address Skills: · 2-3 years of Java developement · Good SQL skill. · Most of the data fixes will be taken care by Prod Support, while Engineering is responsible for Java/code fix · Need to be able to quickly pick up the functionality of the application (4000+ use cases). · Web application development experience is plus.
