Oracle to Oracle and Non-Oracle to Oracle. Will be involved with functional design and then hand off to technical team. Should be familiar with item master as data is loaded to Oracle. Also should be able to read APIs. WIP, BOM, and Inventory modules. Ability to analyze "As Is" functionality and formulate efficient "To Be" solutions. Quickly understands business issues and data challenges associated with a multi-system environment Able to perform independently in a production support environment Travel to other client North American locations. *Requirements:* 1. 80% Functional / 20% Technical, 2. 4-6 years overall business analyst experience; 3. 3-5 years techno-functional experience with Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain Planning 4. Must have a foundational understanding of ERP applications, data, and table structures 5. 3-5 years techno-functional experience with Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain Planning including WIP, BOM and INV. *a. **Possess expert knowledge of the specific module and interrelationship with other modules, from both the business use and the technical perspectives* *b. **Configure the system and enter data as required to support user demonstrations* *c. **Author and maintain project documentation along with the functional lead.* *d. **Conduct workshops to validate requirements and fit to Oracle.* 6. Must have experience with eBS R12 7. Experience with data conversions is key 8. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 9. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator and listener. 10.
