Peoplesoft Technical HCM Consultant Location: St. Louis , MO Length: 11 months Start: ASAP Interview: phone Rate: 54/HR all inclusive The HR Solution Support specialist will be responsible for analyzing requirements provided by end-users, translating these requirements into a PeopleSoft solution (updating or creating functional design documents), understanding the current customizations in the system and trouble-shooting issues reported by users in production. Liaise between HR Functional Team and IT application development team to resolve issues. Desired Skills – Required Skills: · Advanced understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Core HR module including ESS and MSS modules. · 3-5 years of Peoplesoft Application Design & Architecture · PeopleSoft-HCM, PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Benefits Administration, PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Payroll · Basic understanding of at least one other PeopleSoft module (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Profile Management) · Experience with underlying Core HR tables and the ability to create moderate to complex PeopleSoft PSQueries. · Familiarity with using PeopleTools Application designer. · Relevant experience in PeopleSoft 9.0 or above. *Thanks & Best regards* RANI| Recruiter|Oberon IT 1300 W.
