Hi All, Please find below position, let me know if you have any suitable consultant for this position ASAP. 12 month contract Chicago (local only) Rate: Open **Manager wants candidates that are local to Chicago · Manager needs a Salesforce.Com Administrator – not a developer or support person that just pulls reports. Must be an actual Admin! · Would like a certified Salesforce Administrator – but its not a hard requirement · 3-5 years of current experience in Salesforce Administration · 3 people on the team plus managed services staff · Day to day responsibilities: case management – will use case functionality to manage account and contact requests, internal requests (new user needs license), uploading lists, making sure data is clean- they use peopleimport to keep the data clean. · They will be doing day to day maintenance, they will clean the data by creating scheduled reports, should know how to log into the system and troubleshoot. · Need someone ASAP based on user input, review existing reports and create custom reports. Prepare and disseminate reports. Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
