Job Title : BA/PM - HR and Payroll exp
Location : Chadd’s Ford, PA
Duration: 9+ Months Contract
Rate : DOE

Must have Required Skills:
Coordinate IT activities across a cross-functional team to implement new
HRIS processes and technologies.
Coordinate installation and testing of HRIS/Payroll systems, including
network/server infrastructure, time clocks, client PC setup, and other
technical activities.
Create system lifecycle documentation including requirements and design
specifications, test plans and operational documentation.
Manage the conversion of HR and Payroll data, from legacy source systems to
the creation of formatted data sets for target systems.
Analyze source system data exports for consistency and accuracy.
Develop a history data migration and archiving strategy.
Develop data mapping requirements and conversion programs, perform data
conversions and data cleanup of operational and history data.
Manage production deployment of new applications, including infrastructure
readiness, user segmenting and security, and coordination across IT teams.
Highly results driven, collaborative, customer focus and project
 management skills
Preferred experience with Workday, JDE, ADP Payforce and eTime
Preferred experience with international implementation
Preferred minimum 7 years HRIS implementation experience
