Summary You will be responsible for development, testing, configuration changes, and migration modifications for the automation of the current manual process that takes place when a customer submits a Start Service request through the client's website. Responsibilities Production ready WID code objects, fully documented and knowledge transfer to production support teams. Follow company's IT Change management processes and procedures Document all technical specification documents as well as revise or create support documents Adhere to company's security standards when transferring, displaying, and storing customer data.
