Implement client-side code from product requirements and UI specifications Accountabilities 1. Collaborate with Product Designers and other related disciplines in the creation of User Interface designs, assessing the technical feasibility and accessibility of the designs. 2. Convert information architect wireframes and visual mock-ups into production-ready client-side code, while integrating into specified development environments (.NET, Java). 3. Demonstrate advanced client-side coding skills - JavaScript, HTML and CSS -taking into account cross-browser compatibility and WCAG/Section 508 accessibility guidelines. Qualifications 1. At least 3 years experience in web development with experience of web application development. 2. High level of proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and CSS layout. 3. Experience with jQuery. 3. Experience integrating client-side code with one or more server-side languages. 4. Knowledge of techniques and criteria for meeting website accessibility standards. 5. Knowledge of web technologies such as application and web servers, .NET, etc. 6. Experience in working with off-shore engineering resources (non-US) is a plus. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives. 9. Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy. 10.
