HOT REQUIREMENT !!* *MUST HAVE PAYROLL, TIME AND LABOR EXPERIENCE* Seeking a Functional Business Consultant working with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM product, expertise specifically related to Payroll, Time and Labor in global locations. Candidate will have Functional Lead responsibility for project implementing international Payroll Interface from PeopleSoft HCM product to external Vendor. PeopleSoft HCM product is currently on Release 9.0 with plan to upgrade to 9.2. General reponsibilities includes working with Payroll Business parters and External Vendor to define functional business requirements, develope project implementation plan, work with technical staff to develop techincal requirements, develope and conduct User Acceptance and System test plan and prepare detailed end user business process documentation.
