Position : RPGIV Developer Location : Lincoln, AL Duration : 1+ Year. This position will focus on the development and maintenance of fully integrated software applications using RPGIV, ILE and DB2 on AS/400 platform. The ideal candidate should have the following skills: - BS degree in computer science or related technology training and 3 to 4 years experience working in an AS/400 environment. - The candidate should have strong coding skills in RPGIV, ILE, DB2 and CLP. - Working knowledge of Java, HTML and other web technologies is a definite plus. - At least 3 years experience using SQL on AS400 - Knowledge of using SQL in the RPG programs, free format RPG, and Rational development tools. - Familiarity with the IFS, Websphere MQ on AS400 and other Websphere technologies is an advantage. - Experience working in a Warehouse management system is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important. The candidate should be a good team player, hard working and have the ability and willingness to learn new technologies in short time. The candidate must have the ability to work and complete assigned projects on time.
