Java Programmer, St. Louis, MO. for 3 months. in *person interview required. * 1. Works on a team to design and develop in-house relational database applications on a client/server based system. 2. Assists in integrating databases with program web servers and developing web pages. 3. Maintains database development, maintenance, performance evaluation and correction on databases ensuring proper operation, integrity and performance. 4. Assists in user support, training and documentation for applications development. Working knowledge of software development languages including Java SE/EE, Visual Basic, JavaScript, and database / query languages such as ODBC, JDBC, Hibernate, Java Beans, etc. Working knowledge of both Microsoft and UNIX-based operating systems. Knowledge of data interchange formats such as XML and JSON would be a plus, as would familiarity with application server technology such as JBoss, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Server Faces (JSF).
