UX Designers · 3+ years experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or creative director. · Must show a portfolio that demonstrates superior design skills along with your process and thinking. · Excellent understanding of agency creative process, design process, and project management for design engagements. · Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems, and usability research methods. · Mastery of design and production tools, including Illustrator and InDesign. · Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
