Must have the following requirements to be considered: 3 years supporting enterprise data storage from Hitachi, EMC, and NetApp (5 years preferred). 3 years supporting enterprise SAN environments from Brocade. 3 years supporting and managing remote sites and resources (5 years preferred). 2 years in vendor management (3-5 years preferred). 2 years supporting SAN attached backup & recovery devices (tape drives, libraries) Strong verbal and written communications skills are required. 24 x 7 on call support is required. Some weekend work and travel is required. Process documentation skills are required. Preferred experience: Over 1 year of experience in SAN storage replication (3 years preferred). 2 years of experience with various UNIX operating systems required (3-5 years preferred). 2 years supporting / leading project teams (internal / external) (3-5 years preferred). 2 years experience with various UNIX operating systems required (3-5 years preferred). Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. Excel, Word) required (Visio is a plus). Storage and file share virtualization skills (Hitachi USP/VSP, F5/Acopia) are a plus.
