*Required Skills:* Graphical User Interface (GUI) Developer: Interaction and Visual Design Interaction Design: 5+ years of experience in developing: User-centered conceptual designs (via mockups, wireframes, information hierarchies, navigational schemes ) User-centered logical design (via story boards, clickable prototypes) 5+ years of experience gathering and prioritizing business requirements, developing user stories, task lists, workflow diagrams, scenarios and detailed use cases. *Visual Design: * 5+ years of experience in developing CSS style sheets (CSS 3 experience is a plus), Hand graphics using design and prototyping tools such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator or Fireworks), Axure/Balsamiq etc. 1+ years of experience in JavaScript, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), J2EE, XML, jQuery, and database design. 1+ years of experience designing and developing application user interfaces (look and feel) using HTML5 preferably. 5+ years of experience creating visual design based on Dojo themes. 5+ years of experience in designing and developing application user interfaces using Dojo to interact with Restful Web Services. *Design Evaluation:* 5+ years of experience in evaluating designs (via heuristic evaluations and designing/conducting usability tests).
