I am fine with any location in US (preferably – Chicago, anywhere in CA, NJ, and NY). He should be ready for short term travel*** * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*** • Lead capability development for all Autonomy products in US region. • Assist pre-sales, client presentations, solution development for bids and participate in scoping and estimating key deals and taking Autonomy services to market. • Create thought leadership in Web Content Management, Document Management areas. • Develop solutions that align with the business strategy using predominant Autonomy and other CMS products. • Provide Technical Assistance and Assurance to ongoing CMS projects including enabling delivery teams with deep technical expertise. • Work with product vendors to align solutions with their strategies and develop roadmap for solution accelerators. • Develop and drive community of Autonomy experts in US region within the company to enable knowledge sharing and expertise development. *SKILL REQUIREMENTS*** • Significant experience (5+ years) leading and developing services and solutions in the Autonomy (WCM / Document Management) • Deep knowledge of Autonomy technologies with hands on experience in the latest version of one or more of the key product stacks (WCM / Document Management) • Experience in developing strategies to cope with aggressive business growth *Business Knowledge: *** CMS / ECM domain experience *Personal Attributes: *** a. Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions b. Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) c. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution d. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision. e.
