Job Requirements Education Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related field - preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Understanding of the full life-cycle development and delivery of enterprise-class software solutions using current software development best practices including design patterns, test-driven development, and object-oriented frameworks. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design. Ability to develop simple, elegant solutions to complex problems. Strong communication skills including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at an appropriate level of detail. Overall excellent teamwork skills. Participate as a member of an agile team is a big plus.
