The application developer will build and develop scalable tools (automated), for extracting, processing, and managing data from various data collection sources used in the creation of standard and ad hoc reports. The application developer will be responsible for gathering requirements for application development projects and translating project and data requirements into said tools. " Provides input on defining business tool application architecture for scalability and tool usability " Collaborates with core reporting teams to implement infrastructure and report system improvements. " Develops, standardizes, and maintains newly created business tool documentation. " Works independently with internal client to enhance application functionality and develop enhancements. " Responsible for all appropriate documentation associated with developed tools. REQUIRED: 2+ years of JAVA Script " Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required " Minimum of 2-3 years experience in, but not limited to, Java, Perl, and Visual Basic programming languages. " Experience in Object Oriented programming, general programming concepts, and development life cycle processes and methodologies. " High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel) is required.
