The applications involved support client’s critical work in enforcing the City’s Housing Maintenance Code and in developing affordable housing for the City’s residents. *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in PowerBuilder programming. Minimum of 4 years working as a team leader. Minimum of 4 years working with the Oracle database environment. Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Windows operating system. Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Business Analysis and Design. Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle. Strong collaboration, relationship management, communication and written skills. Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.
