Requirement Elicitation, Gathering, Analysis, Design & Development, Testing, Implementation, Production support, change management etc. and experienced with *Water Fall, RAD, Agile and Rational Uniform Process* [RUP] models. · Experienced in *Business Process Management* (BPM’s) activities like Process Modeling, Automating, Monitoring, Analyzing, Improving, and Re-engineering. · Experience in documenting business, system and data requirements such as Business Requirement Document *[BRD]*, System Requirement Document * [SRD]*, Functional Specification Document *[FSD]*, Logical Solution Design * [LSD]*, Data Requirement Document *[DRD]*, Source System Analysis Document * [SSD]*, Source to Target mapping Document *[S2TM]*, Architectural Specification Document *[ASD]*, Traceability Management & Matrix Reports. · Experienced with performing various *Requirements Elicitation*techniques like interviewing, questionnaires, brainstorming, and group discussion, reverse engineering from system documentation, prototyping, and conducting *Joint Application Design* [JAD] sessions. · Extensive years of experience in the knowledge of the *Testing Lifecycle* and the various *Testing Types* such as Manual Testing, Black Box/ White Box Testing, Unit testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). · Strong years of experience in *Agile Scrum Methodology* composing user stories & acceptance criteria · Good Problem Solving Skills, Quick Learner, Effective Individual and Team Player with *Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills*.
