RoboHelp v6x + The scope of this project will consist of augmenting State technical staff engaged in the design, development and implementation of a web-based Hearing and Appeals Tracking Case Management System (HATS). The general scope of services to be augmented include: requirements analysis, general/detailed system design, workflow programming and component construction, system integration, data migration-conversion, unit testing, software deployment and help screen/training documentation. Required . 5yrs Experience programming using relational databases (i.e., Oracle x or SQL Server) including the designing and setting-up relational databases, manipulating relational data, file structures and creating data models . 5yrs Java dev using: Java 1.5 or higher - Java Spring Framework 3.1.2, Hibernate 4.1.7, JPA (Java Persistence API) 2.0, Java Server Faces (JSF), CSS . 5yrs experience in object oriented programming techniques; . 5yrs experience in software design and development programming skills . 5yrs experience in advanced knowledge of structured system lifecycle development processes and techniques . 5yrs experience using office automation tools Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Visio .
