Please reply at *[email protected]*<[email protected]> ** *Position : CTI Tester (CTI=Computer Telephony Integration) Location : Ft Laud,FL Contract : 6 months w/ possible extensions * *Must Haves:* Must have experience in Siebel (preferred Siebel 8.X version) CTI (computer telephony integration) experience with Avaya systems HP Quality Center Strong SQL and RDBMS experience Hand on experience of Web Applications Solid understanding of Functional testing Knowledge in OBIEE tools (preferred) *Day to Day:* The goal of the project that you’ll be working on is to optimize the Avaya PBX and Call Routing infrastructure to simplify call center operations. Currently, when a customer calls in, they receive several different prompts and the process is more complicated that it needs to be. They are seeking to simplify the process, make it more efficient, and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have hands on testing experience for the test efforts focused on various business processes and CTI flows within Siebel and Avaya. The success of this role is dependent upon the candidate’s ability to understand and apply the Test process, and align that with the practical needs of the project.
