*QA Analyst with MS Dynamics Minneapolis, MN(Local Preferred) 18 months Must be EAD/GC or US Citizen * *Required:* 5+ years experience in end to end Quality Assurance test planning and execution; 1+ years experience working as a QA Technical Lead on medium to complex projects; Proven analytical & organizational skills; Ability to effectively communicate utilizing oral and written communication skills; Experience with multiple computer platforms and operating systems; Experience in testing web based and mainframe applications and testing environments; Demonstrate follow-through on tracking/resolving application and environmental issues discovered during testing Ability to document all phases of QA process; Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Proven track record in recommending and implementation of QA best practices; Experience in the use of HP Quality Center as tool support the QA process; Experience in the planning and execution of Load and Performance testing. *Preferred Skills* Independently evaluate, troubleshoot defects, and identify responsible applications.
