(SCOM) 2007 R2 - deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting,
maintaining

.          Hands on technical experience deploying and supporting Operations
Manager 2007 R2 in a large enterprise environment

.         Working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005/2008 usage and
administration (e.g., queries, security/roles, table/database relationships)
in large environments

.          Deployment of Management Packs

.          Troubleshooting of misconfigured or malfunctioning monitoring

.          Troubleshooting of Operations Manager infrastructure issues

.          Agent provisioning/de-provisioning

.         Management Pack content knowledge

.         Supporting Technical Competencies

.         Experience in generating reports and analysing data

.         Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines

.         Ability to work under minimal supervision

.         Good working knowledge of PowerShell, VB scripting.

.         Knowledge of SMS messaging protocols

.         Programming languages (Java script , Java, VB Script, Shell
scripts, XML, XSL)

.         Experience in the development of multi-platform, distributed
applications

TCS is supporting  Monitoring Solution for one of its world-wide customers
and as part of this initiative; HP BSM , Sitescope, MS SCOM  and other
monitoring tools are to be managed as part of day-to-day operations

Technology Brief

MS SCOM  engineer would assist in the configuration, implementation and
deployment of MS SCOM environment into the development, test, and production
environments.

The MS SCOM engineer will also assist with the integration with of various
tools that are used for monitoring
