Experience in dealing with disparate data sources, point to Point messaging, Publish-Subscribe Patterns for data transfers inside and outside the organization. . Experience in XML, Java and SOAP protocols . Experience in administering the Application Servers on the AIX and Linux Platforms . Experience in providing Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for 24 x 7. . Performing middleware administration and Disaster Recovery functions for all the SOA suite of products. . Experience in MQ Series administrative duties such as creating and configuring Queue Managers, Channels, Queues, Process definitions, clustering, etc. . Experience in configuring EMS / ESB highly available/fault tolerant servers, queues, topics, routes, zones, users and groups. . Experience in performance tuning and monitoring of Application Servers. . Excellent communication and Problem solving ability with good interpersonal skills. . Experience in Onsite-Offshore interaction and work cultures. .
