*Position: Operations Support Analyst Location: Twin Cities, MN Duration: 6 months Must be Local Only* *Overview:* a. This role is an Operations Support Analyst for our new submission platform. The system gets claim files from several internal and external customers. These files are processed and reports go back to our customers on the quality of the material. A key aspect of the role is to monitor the file flow, track that processes were completed successfully and research events that were not processed correctly. The system is a Linux environment running Websphere Application Server and it uses an Oracle 11g database. Many of the daily tasks require knowledge of Unix commands and PL SQL is often used. Working carefully with precision and following strict process are important traits. Experience doing support work on a large application is a plus. *Software skills: * b. Unix shell command knowledge c. PL/SQL. d. MS Excel *Hours: * e. Normal business hours. f. There is a need to work for a couple hours in the evening or weekend periodically. *Who will interview: * g.
