Network performance monitoring and analysis; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors as required. Secures network by validating and implementing firewall rules as per ADP policy. Provides day to day support for ADP client and enterprise network issues. Provides support for network upgrades; works with vendor, deploying and testing code, hardware and feature enhancements. Protects organization by keeping client and vendor information confidential.
