The position will be located in Richmond, VA.

 *Scope:*

• Modify existing process artifacts thru direction from identified Process
Managers

• Develop new process artifacts required for cCloud (very specific tactical
task assignments - not self-directed)

• Assist with process integration research and report findings

• Tactical delivery of process deliverables related to ITO End State
workstream, and possible support of other workstreams (e.g., process tasks
related to Service Catalog)

• Enable accelerated coverage of Project Engineering process simplification
agenda (e.g., TDD simplification) and shared objectives with OSH/PE

• Support scaling and rollout of additional ITO agile/kanban teams (e.g.,
PE, Storage etc) through tactical assignments

 *Skill Level:*

• Possess process certification or equivalent training

• Able to produce standard artifacts with minimal guidance

• Able to conduct meetings on own with audiences including Director level

• Process training and/or experience (certification may not be required)

• Able to conduct meetings on own with audiences including Manager/Sr.
Manager level

 Provides business process or systems support that may include duties such
as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative
problem definition and hypothesized improvement opportunities.

 Experience using SIPOC analysis, process maps, and RACI, Six Sigma or
other related methodologies.

May include facilitation of Kaizen events.  May involve re-engineering of
existing processes.

Includes facilitation of organizational change and performance measures.

 Service experience 3+ years in financial services environment

Related Experience 1-3 years BSA experience preferred but not required

Quantitative & Analytical Skills Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting
business process improvement projects

Methodologies Demonstrated experience applying basic concepts of
methodologies

Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level
management.  Demonstrated ability to influence.

Ability to influence or negotiate with other functional areas
