FTF Will be required after phone Job Discription: The req is for a Dev Lead position related to the implementation of a Workflow framework. This position needs a strong Java / JEE programmer who can model business processes and build reusable workflow solutions by declaratively defining and programmatically enhancing workflow definitions. These workflow solutions will need to be deployed on a Weblogic / Oracle stack. Candidates will need to demonstrate prior experience in this area and be able to articulate the business problem, the technical solution and constraints. Skills Software Developer 8+ years of software development experience working in Java / JEE ( with 8+ focus on JMS ) on a Weblogic / Oracle stack Experience developing and deploying Spring based enterprise solutions on Weblogic / Oracle stack. Experience working with embeddable workflow management engines Experience working in an Agile development environment.
