*Key Role Responsibilities:*

Our Client is seeking TWO experienced hands-on SAP Basis Administrators
with 3- 5 years of BASIS experience with a major emphasis in configuration,
support, analysis, and troubleshooting 0f SAP EEC6.0. As part of SAP Basis
shared services team, you will assist the client as they upgrade the
existing ECC 6.0 environment to the latest enhancement pack and migrate
from Solaris to RHEL6.0.

This position provides operational support for the following SAP
Infrastructure Environments and will be a key contributor within enterprise
architecture, design and strategy.
Job Functions:
- Promote SAP infrastructure standards so that they align with the
overall enterprise architecture goals.
- Provide project support for enterprise projects that cross multiple
technologies and platforms.
- Develop and maintain the SAP infrastructure strategies that result in
efficient and effective use of the SAP based infrastructure information
technology products and services.
- Document the SAP Infrastructure Architecture environment and
procedures insuring its efficiency, resilience, and high quality.
- Maintain expertise in the area of SAP architecture, including industry
trends, strategies, and products to ensure corporate assets are optimized.
- Assist in root cause analysis
- Provide on-call / off-hours support as required.

*Key Skills:*
* *
· 3-5 years of SAP Basis administration experience.
· Experience with SAP ECC 6.0
· Experience with Red Hat Linux, preferably 6.0
· Experience with virtualization (VMWare)
· Knowledgeable in SAP installations, upgrades, SAP integration,
ABAP, Change management, workflow, CCMS, workload management, Solution
manager and diagnostics
· Perform scheduled system refreshes including all Basis and DB2
tasks.
· Results-oriented problem solver with the ability to work well
under pressure.
· Ability to communicate and document effectively at all levels of
organization with supporting facts.
· Willingness to backfill co-workers, support IT management team,
participate in technical project tasks and perform IT activities during
non-business hours
· Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation (in
non-technical communications) and drive the business to deliver required
outcomes
