Position Title: UAT Lead – HEALTHCARE Location: Hingham, MA Duration: 12+ months
Description: Position Summary: The program manager will support the Program Director of the NASCO Migration effort in coordinating user acceptance testing associated with the migration. S/he will work with NASCO migration leadership, benefit coding, IT, business PM’s/BA’s, and corporate workgroups to ensure the new NASCO platform is ready to support claims processing. Key Accountabilities: · Ensure effective business area engagement and support for user acceptance testing. · Responsible for drafting and finalizing User Acceptance Master Test Strategy for the Wave · Responsible for ensuring test cases are entered into Quality Center in an accurate and timely manner. · Coordinate UA MTS approvals thru QR / PgMO Gating process · Partner with ETS Wave Test Manager to align SIT and UAT handoffs and approach · Develop and maintain the UAT section in Wave IPP and UAT Gantt chart · delegate and monitor the test execution schedule so that timeline can be met · Partner with ETS Wave Test Manager to define Confidence Benchmarks within the Plan vs Actual test plan timelines for each execution effort · Work closely with ETS Wave Test Manager on CSRs / RCQs prioritization and setting/identifying various dependencies on CSRs execution schedule · Coordinate request submissions and delivery of UAT test data with TDM · Prioritize defects based on business impact · Provide ongoing testing related risk & issue updates to Wave Leadership · Provide escalation notification to Leadership in matters impacting Confidence or End Date Completion · Coordinate test execution / re-execution based on defect fix schedule · Provide regular UAT status updates Qualifications (knowledge/skills/abilities/behaviors): · Experience in managing technology projects with vendors, project owners and corporate partners. · Ability to develop strong working relationships and to influence key internal constituents to meet critical migration program business objectives. · Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization. · Proven success in managing people and achieving business goals and objectives. · Operations experience in order to understand the needs of service operations business owners. · Documented strength in analysis, identification of problems and problem resolution. · Knowledge of existing systems and system interfaces desired. Education and Relevant Experience: · A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in mid-sized health insurance organization. · Demonstrated experience in resolving political and/or cultural issues which can arise during a large scale initiative, including but not limited to acceptance of new technologies and/or business process changes; establishment of ownership for new functions, processes or applications; development of relationship with new vendor or business partners, etc. · Bachelor’s degree required.
