(Technologies: Siebel and Avaya CTI!) *Must haves:* Call Center Application testing experience Must have experience in Siebel (preferred Siebel 8.X version) CTI (computer telephony integration) experience with Avaya systems *Role:* You will be involved in the test efforts focused on various Call Center Services based business processes and CTI flows within Siebel and Avaya.
