Please share suitable profiles to *[email protected]* *Job Title : .Net Developer with ACD Location : Raleigh, NC Duration : 3-6 Months Contract* *Responsibilities Include:* Demonstrate product expertise with the Interactive Intelligence product by performing configuration and customization of I3 product to support business solution Take ownership of assigned deliverables Liaise with project Business Analysts and/or internal customers to ensure that requirements are fully understood. Create and execute unit test plans. Produce supporting technical and installation documentation Complete all necessary deliverables within the timescales defined by the Project Manager Investigate issues, identify root cause, and provide recommendations/ workarounds/resolutions Ability to handle multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines *Experience Requirements* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Telecommunications industry. In addition to development skills, this position requires verbal and written communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic sequential approach. *Required Skills and Aptitudes* Strong Analytical skills Technical knowledge of latest software programming languages and technologies (VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C++, C#, Java, .Net, SQL) Excellent problem solving abilities Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written) Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing work environment Understanding of PBX, ACD, IVR, Unified Messaging, Predictive Dialing, Recording products Proficient in the following technologies: COM, SQL, XML, HTML, XSL, CSS, Web Services, SOAP, SIP Experience utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio Operating Systems: (Windows7, 2008 (Workstation and Server) Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is highly desired *Other* Self-motivated, results oriented, customer focused with strong bias for action. Creative and innovative in problem solving approach. Flexible, adaptable and resilient in the face of change, as well as resourceful during periods of high workload demands is essential.
