Experience in all the commerce frameworks. . Classic Commands, SOI Framework (Service Oriented Architecture) and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) . Experience in any of the integration with 3rd party tools like taxware, endeca, Fredhopper, Intervowen, yantra, Sterling, Documentum, Bazaar Voice,Lotus Connections, Pluck is an added advantage, . Experience or Exposure in Advanced J2EE Skills. . EJB,Webservices,SOAP,Webmethods, MQ Integrations,RESTful webservices,RSS Feeds , Atom Feeds,Remote Widgets,Web 2.0,AJAX Framework . Exposure to Deployment. Roles and responsibility . Lead IBM-WCS Development Team under the guidance of Architect . Guide onshore and offshore WCS Developers to ensure standards are met . Demonstrates strong problem solving and effective decision-making skills . Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle . Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products . Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects . Stay current with emerging industry trends . Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks . Create MSTR Preliminary and Detail design document based on the business requirement . Create/Update Micro Strategy schemas as per the requirements . Create/Update reports, dynamic dashboards as per the requirements . Good written and oral communication . Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions . SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed. . Effective communication and interpersonal skills . Effective time management and organizational skills. Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with different teams - Business, Solutions - BI, Portal and team of Architects to create overall BI user interface, Implement Microstrategy solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
