Experience operating in an agile environment and comfortable taking on a Scrum Master role on the project. Minimum of ten years' experience in the project management field, of which five years must contain relevant experience interpreting clinical healthcare data and/or managing healthcare projects required. Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification, is required. Experience leading project teams and a strong understanding of health care systems and workflow required. Experience with Visio, business rules engines, requirements documentation, and use cases is preferred. *1. Serves as the HSIS Business Operations Team Lead for managing project resources, schedules, and activities related to technology development/optimization/upgrades performed by IT staff or software development partners. *2. Assures business requirements, development activities, and validation of appropriate integration of new internal and external data sources are on target. *3. Serves as the internal operations team lead for projects related to product offerings HSIS is evaluating. Supports the development of evaluation tools and templates. *4. Serves as the internal operations team lead for producing and maintaining tools that increase business engagement with product development and implementation. *5. Responsible for ensuring the Clinical information Systems website is a value-added tool by ensuring existing content is continually reviewed and updated, new sections are added as customer demand requires, web traffic continues to positively trend upwards, etc. *6. Responsible for providing to HSIS Senior Leadership reports/materials related to activity, resourcing, and key performance indicators that can be included in executive and director group meetings. *7. Responsible for identifying opportunities to continue to develop the technical skill-set of existing operations team members such as Project Managers, Data Coordinators, and Data Analysts. *8. Manages the end-to-end execution of complex projects. *9. Assists with performing complex feasibility assessments. *10. Works with customers to thoroughly answer questions relative to Client data or other assets.
