** *Job Title: Web Application Architect * *Duration: 4+ month(s) * *Location: WILMINGTON DE * *Key Responsibilities * - - Provide work assignments and review design documents and code from team - - Lead technical design and requirement discussions with business partners and technical teams - - Create and review technical design documents and architecture diagrams - - Provide strategic direction for the technology stack - - Subject matter expert and architect for the WCM system - - Work closely with business partners to guide team on design and development for defects, enhancements, and large projects - - Provide CQ code analysis to support CQ component & template development efforts. *Highly Preferred Skills * - 2+ years – Adobe CQ 5.x development - 2+ years - OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Felix - 5+ years – Java, JSP and JSTL - 5+ years – Java web application development frameworks (Struts, Spring, etc.) - 5+ years - HTML, CSS and JavaScript - 2+ years - jQuery - 2+ years – Unix/Linux *Qualifications * - 7+ years of web development experience in J2EE for enterprise organization - Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field - Experience with Struts, or similar MVC framework - Design driven development and good Object Oriented programming concepts is preferred. - Working knowledge of Eclipse IDE 3.x version. - Experience with JDK 1.6 or higher - Commanding knowledge of HTML and JS. Knowledge of JS framework like JQuery a plus. - Experience in one or more version control tools, defect tracking tools and build management tool a plus. *Other Skills * - Strong written and oral communication skills.
