*Immediate need a BA with Healthcare/Payer - PA * *Job Title : BA with Healthcare/Payer Location : Danville, PA Duration : 12+ Months contract* *Description: **Demonstrated ability to successfully perform the Business Analyst function on multiple IT projects of varying size and scope for enterprise wide projects is preferred. Six - Eigth years of experience working on successful IT-related projects, or equivalent skill set, is preferred. Experience in healthcare payer process areas: Care management, disease management, utilization management, appeal and grievances, HEDIS, provider network management, etc. Correspondence Management processes to support the healthcare payer processes above Experience defining enterprise-wide correspondence management (regulatory or otherwise) requirements leveraging 3rd party software solutions. Including creation of correspondence templates, integration of data from various source systems, and workflow management. And, alignment of correspondence requirements to meet broader business process objectives. Prior work with “Client Letter” software from Top Down (vendor) is highly preferred. Must possess position-level appropriate verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, planning, documentation and problem solving skills, and the ability to bring a team to consensus. Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a diplomatic and tactful way. Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines is preferred. Demonstrated capability to successfully handle multiple teams and multiple tasks simultaneously and under strict deadlines is preferred. Significant experienced in requirements analysis techniques including structured analysis, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity leadership diagrams, prototyping, use cases and functional/technical crosswalk for solutions design and proof of concept is preferred. System, Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience is preferred. Significant experience using workflow and process documentation software and methodologies, and project management software is desired. Demonstrated experience with BABOK or similar business analysis methodology, requirements gathering, and testing is preferred. Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar methodology is desired.
