Experience installing and configuring IBM Message Broker Experience with programming languages like Java or .NET *Description:* PennDOT seeks 2 Senior Architects with in-depth experience of developing WebSphere Message Broker process flows for the Gatekeeper Modernization project. The primary goal of the project is to provide an enterprise-class scalable, service oriented architecture (SOA) based solution for PennDOT’s external business partners to access Driver Licensing (DL) and Vehicle Registration (CARATS) system transactions via web services and the Internet.
