Work with the client to create the solution, leverage the technology and get the project implemented using the identified technologies. *WORK HISTORY/EXPERIENCE: * *Must have 7 years advanced expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering. Candidate must have excellent software development skills and experience following the software development lifecycle process. Candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills including the ability to successfully convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences. * *Essential Skills Required: * Ø Responsible for becoming SME in assigned business area Ø Responsible for the collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of business needs, objectives, and requirements Ø Develop business processes working with client stakeholders and policy experts Ø Assists clients in determining feasibility of proposed solutions Ø Produce quality deliverables (content of documentation thorough and limited grammatical and spelling errors) Ø Ability to communicate requirements to technical staff to ensure understanding of functionality Ø Assists QA team with test script development and execution Ø Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, questioning and listening skills Ø Ability to learn quickly and take initiative Ø Demonstrated experience in working independently, with little supervision Ø Strong Microsoft Office products skills; written, verbal problem solving and presentation skills Ø Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, complex environment Ø Ideally the right candidate would have Pharmacy experience, ideally some in the ePrescribe space. *DESIRED BACKGROUND:* Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
