The BPM Re-engineering technology team has partnered with CSS to re-engineer existing business processes and rollout new streamlined processes based on BPM technology. The end-to-end BPM solutions are based on IBM BPM 7.5, ETL Talend, JSP, jQuery, AJAX, XML, Web Services, Tibco EMS and Oracle database. The BPM solutions have workflow management, inbound/outbound feed processing and data validation functionality. Desired Candidate We are looking for a strong self-motivated and experienced hands-on IBM BPM developer with at-least one complete development project implementation using IBM BPM tool. It will be ideal if a candidate has worked in a team of IBM BPM application developers in a global development environment with resources in both on site and off shore locations. Must be a subject matter expert in IBM BPM tool and Java/J2EE environment with Oracle backend. * * *Qualifications* Major Job Responsibilities: 1) Participate in all phases of SDLC including business requirements collection, analysis, sizing, design, development, testing, deployment and production support. 2) Primarily responsible for IBM BPM Development and work closely with the onsite and off-shore team on daily basis to develop BPM solutions. 3) Work with onsite/offshore team in writing detailed Functional and Technical Design documents. 4) Perform unit, integration and System testing of new BPM solutions. 5) Ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver high quality software for a new application from scratch. Knowledge/Skills Required: 1) Minimum 5 years of development experience as an Application Developer 2) MUST have IBM Business Process Management (BPM) development skills. 3) Solid proven hands-on development experience in Java & J2EE framework on Unix/Windows environment. 4) Packaging and deployment skills using ANT and Unix Shell Scripting 5) Experience in eclipse development platform 6) Solid relational database experience with good command of SQL, PL/SQL and JDBC with Oracle database. 7) Must be a self-starter, analytical, team player, and a good problem-solver. 8) Must be willing and motivated to learn new technologies. 9) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Education: Undergraduate degree minimum.
