*Hi Associates, HOT REQUIREMENT*

Title: PeopleSoft Recruitment Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: NYC

Length: 1-2 months w/ option for additional time

Start: ASAP

Interview: Phone



Resource will;

A. Work with current environment PeopleSoft 9.1 Tool 8.52.

B. Assist in the creation of a Recruitment form to address additional
questions; these questions need to be configurable.

C. Review requirements for business process in Recruiting and future plans
concerning the recruiting module.

D. Review current level of customization - possibly run compare reports.

E. Discuss, recommend, and propose an approach; test and prepare to
deploy/implement approach.



Qualifications



·         Must have 5-7+ years of PeopleSoft Recruitment (TAM) Experience

·         Expertise with requirements gathering Fit/Gap analysis,
functional design and documentation.

·         Need to have extensive experience with creating detailed Fit/Gap
documents and adherence to SDLC.
