*Job Title : Salesforce Developer Location : St. Paul,MN Duration : 6 month contract + extensions* Must haves: 5+ years experience in the following: Developer and/or Expert level with the Salesforce.com platform Salesforce.com administration and customization Apex coding platform, Force.com, XML, HTML, and JavaScript within the Salesforce.com cloud platform Custom and/or dynamic Salesforce.com dashboards Implementation of and integration with standard and custom objects, triggers, workflows/workflow rules. 1 year Experience with code migrations using Change Sets, Eclipse and Force.com ANT scripts. 4+ year of experience in desktop development and Microsoft technologies including Visual Studio 2008 and greater, WPF, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server 2005 and greater, Stored Procedures, and OO Design 3+ Crystal Report development version 9 and greater 3+ years experience developing mission critical applications Role: Overview: The IT Salesforce Developer will partner with Business and IT personnel on defining business requirements and translating them into mission critical applications. The IT Salesforce Developer will design and build system enhancements and applications using both .Net, and Salesforce.com solutions. This individual will work closely with business analysts, product owners, project managers, release managers, and the quality assurance staff. Responsibilities: Ability to communicate and interact with business partners and collaboratively define solutions to address key opportunities. Develop designs and specifications based on business requirements. Responsible for the scalability, robustness, and reliability of all solutions within the application area. Responsible for defining and following best practices. Evaluate, suggest and implement third party software as needed. Ability to jointly and independently make decisions, define required changes, and communicates modifications to entire project team. Pro-actively consult industry best practices in software design and integration solutions Provide tier 3 support to business users, including participating in a rotational on-call (nights/weekends) support schedule.
