Location : Farmington hills, IL
Duration: 3 Months +
Skill : service desk
JD : Implementation of CA Service Desk R12.5 for Request, Incident, Problem
and Change Management Processes including CA CMDB implementation.
Integration of CA  Service Desk with other CA tools and 3rd party tools.
Requirement gathering and mapping of process with CA Service Desk and CA
Workflow.
Enhance & customize CA Service Desk and workflow based on requirements from
client using CA’s proprietary technology like spell, wand, htmpl etc. and
core  technologies like java and web services.  CA CMDB data population
using Advantage Data Transformer (ADT) and Federation adapters to generate
XML files for loading of configuration items (CIs).
End-to-end mapping of the tools with existing & new business processes.
Maintenance & patching of Service Desk in accordance with the best
practices & guidelines from CA.
Plan for upgrade to the latest version based on CA’s product releases and
patches
Plan and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Provide consultation on ITSM tools.
Recommend changes to improve systems and processes and automate manual
processes wherever possible.
Reporting and Analytics of Service Desk data to help in  real-time analysis
and gain immediate visibility into critical operational metrics and
day-to-day activities"
