Need at least 5 years experience , preferably some Financial domain. Project Coordinator/Management skills including project task execution, risk management, status reporting, communication and coordination. PMP certification preferred (not required). Business Analyst skills to document business requirements. Use of process mapping tools like MS Visio. Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices. ITIL V3 certification preferred (not required). Knowledge or awareness of using Service-Now required. Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to shepherd changes to processes, get buy in from process owners. Formulate and manage a customer facing newsletter. This is not a manager position, but more of an individual contributor.
