Very Strong SQL programming abilities and knowledge of SQL and TSQL for development 3. Experience with complex transformations, slowly changing dimensions, query optimization strategies 4. Knowledge and experience using versioning and change control software 5. Background in Data Warehousing development standards and methodologies such as SDLC with expertise in the following or related technologies: Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Business Objects, SharePoint, and data warehousing concepts with strong preference towards SSIS 6. Able to review and translate requirement concepts between business and technical personnel 7. Strong knowledge of reimbursement and PAP operational programs and / or pharmaceutical sales and marketing business disciplines preferred 8. Strong knowledge of healthcare data in general and reimbursement data 9. Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and HIPAA compliance requirements a plus 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 11. Able to review and understand requirements documentation 12. Client-facing experience at all levels within the organization 13.
