The Project Manager will manage delivery and report status to executive
level customers

-          Strong analytical skills
-          Comfortable with ambiguity and unchartered territories (in other
words, the person should be comfortable with change and getting in new /
undefined areas to help solution the ask)


*Technical:
*-          Technical acumen / understanding *(.Net framework / tools)*required.
-          PM experience managing technical implementations with disparate
teams and third parties – focused on application integration /
interoperability
-          Technical / functional knowhow to translate requirements into
technical directions and technical concerns into clear business cases
-          Technical understanding to properly understand asks /
requirements and how they will be implemented as technology solutions.
Similarly, technical capacity to understand issues reported and translate
them into business language for communications and next steps
PM
-          PMP preferred but not required
-          PM experience managing programs with $3M+ budgets with multiple
/ disparate and on/offshore teams
-          PM experience managing financials (baseline, budget / forecast /
actuals, etc.).
-          PM experience working in agile environments and with different
SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile, mixed, etc.)
-          PM experience in managing risks / issues / communication and
reporting needs per stakeholder needs
-          Experience with interfacing / POC with internal, external and
third-parties – single POC for managing technical and business expectations
-          Strong experience with initiating new projects / programs –
starting from business case definitions to charter development to
full-fledged plan creation and execution
-          Strong experience in managing to plan – it would be critical for
us to understand how plans are established / synched / baselined
