Job Description / Responsibility • Installing, configuring and maintaining Sun Servers • Installation and configuration of HA environment using Sun or VERITAS Cluster. • Configuration and administration of Sun and Veritas logical volume manager. • Installing and Maintaining Solaris Jumpstart environment, different flavors of Linux OS. • Patch and Package administration • Printer Administration • Writing shell scripts to accomplish day to day system administration task • Configuring and supporting domain on Sun Fire Servers • Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue • Capacity planning and fine tune system for optimal performance • Understanding of SAN and NAS storage. • Installation, configuration and Administration of Netbackup environment • Administration of NIS or LDAP environment • Configuring Unix Security baseline • Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue . • Provide day to day global operational activities for Storage and Backup/Recovery teams including administering storage array architecture, SAN infrastructure, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Enterprise Backup/Restore,AVAMAR, Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) and Archival and Retrieval •Experience in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning *Education:* Diploma – Any Specialization / UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization / PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization Skills : Samba / DNS / Sendmail / LDAP / Monitoring Tools (like BMC Patrol, HP openview, IBM Tivoli) NIS+ * * * * * * * * * * *THANKS* * * *REGARDS* *ANIL DHIMAN* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
