Job Requirements Assists support and/or project personnel in resolving moderately complex problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex problems as needed. Support production and test environments for Active Directory. Troubleshoots, tests, debugs, implements, and documents operating procedures within the AD environment. Communicate and escalate any major findings in operational items to IT Support Manager and/or IT Director. Uses subject matter/functional expertise, and process skills to help internal/external customers to identify and meet any high priority needs. Good understanding of the current state of IT Infrastructure, specifically pertaining to messaging facilitation via MS Exchange and Active Directory.
