Over 6 years of IT experience in object-oriented system analysis, Design,
Administration, Development, Implementation, Integration and Testing
applications. Have been involved in both client-server and Web based n-tier
applications in Document and Content Management. Should have worked earlier
at client facing role with onsite-offshore model.



*Tech Experience -*

   - Has good knowledge on IBM FileNet P8 products Content Engine
   3.x/4.x/5.x, Process Engine 3.x/4.x/5.x, Records Managers 4.0, FileNet
   e-Forms 2.x/4.x.
   - Good experience in programming with JAVA 1.4, J2EE, JSP, XML, XSLT,
   AJAX, .Net.
   - Possesses good understanding of FileNet P8 Architecture, Records
   Manager, Content and Process Java API (BPM API), eForms, eForms API,
   Process Analyzer.
   - Has special interest in exploring new technology and Open Source
   Developments.
   - Developed Custom Step Processor Applications, which retrieve step
   element from queues, queries external databases to display the step
   information and finally lets the participant to complete the step.
   - Have good knowledge of WorkplaceXT/Filenet Enterprise
   Manager(FEM)/Java+Filenet API
   - Capable of handling Configuration/Customization of WorkplaceXT and
   administrative activities using FEM (Filenet Enterprise Manager).
   - Capable of writing the custom utilities using Java+Filenet API to
   automate the Document management features.



*General & Leadership Experience -*

·         Should be well versed with SDLC and implementing the SDLC
activities [Requirement Gathering, Architecture, Design, Development,
Testing, Implementation, Transition, Warranty]

·         Production Support – Conduct impact analysis of issues logged,
prioritize and ensure that production support is provided as per the
committed SLAs.

·         Estimation and scheduling - Help the manager in prioritization of
effort to resolve the most critical tickets as per the business
requirements and Participate in activities related to estimation of work.

·         Knowledge Management - Support the creation of repository of
team’s collective knowledge, support and coach peers and juniors as and
when required

·         Team Interfacing - Interface with internal team spread globally
to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project.

·         Client Interfacing – Should be good in client interfacing and
coordinating the activities.
