Required Experiences:* 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis, Project Management and/or related experience • Familiarity with and *expertise in the areas of Content Management Systems*, such as Drupal, SDL Tridion, Adobe CQ5, OpenText, etc., and Web applications best practices • Familiarity with and expertise in the areas of Customer Relationship Management applications, specifically Salesforce.com • Strong analytical skills and business process analysis skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements for developing IT applications and systems • Ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously and successfully working multiple projects. • Ability to apply or work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
