Job Role:Desk side support with Remedy
Location - Ohio
Duration – 3+ months

JD:
• Above average customer service and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Remedy and MS Office Suite.
• Need to be able to quickly grasp and understand technical issues.
• Need to act as facilitator from time to time. Need to have great people
skills.
• Ability to multi-task is a must.
• Maintain and update a standard Windows XP image.

• Duties include:

• AG4 Provide desk side support (Hardware/Software Support & Training) on
Windows XP

• Diagnose & repair PC’s hardware & software

• Manage, troubleshoot , repair HP LaserJet & MFP devices (local &
networked)

• In charge of printer warranty repair work through local contracted repair
firms

• PC peripheral support (PDA’s, Air cards, etc.)

• Install and test hardware to make sure it is working and identify system
hardware problems

• Diagnose problems with software configurations and LAN connectivity issues

• Monitor Remedy database queue and work the calls in accordance within the
Service Level Agreement.

• Manage Dell desktops

Job Role: Service Desk support
Location – Atlanta
Duration – 3 months +

JD - JD  for Atlanta SD
•        3-5 Yrs of experience in Service Desk support, preferably in the
Hospitality & Manufacturing industry
•        Basic understanding of inter-relationship of software, hardware
and communications
•        Hardware trouble shooting skills, Printer and Network issues
•        Strong customer service orientation
•        Self-Starter
•        Good listening skills
•        Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
•        Strong problem analysis, resolution, and writing skills
•        Good interpersonal and communication skills
•        Analytical skills
•        Excellent spoken and written communication skills
•        Professionalism and customer focus
•        Ability to perform in adverse situations
•        Able to handle Spanish, Portuguese and English language calls /
emails
•        Willing to work in 24 x 7 shift environment
